Important: Cross-Border Delivery All Kuya-K products are sourced directly from Korean retailers and shipped internationally. Due to cross-border shipping costs, physical return of products to South Korea is not available. Instead, we offer Store Credit or partial cash-refund compensation for verified claims.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before sourcing starts (status: "Payment confirmed") — full refund. You may cancel directly from your Orders page.
  • During sourcing (status: "Sourcing in Korea") — cancellation requests are accepted but subject to review. If items have already been purchased, a partial refund (minus sourcing cost) may apply.
  • After shipped — cancellation is not possible once the package is dispatched.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please report within 48 hours of delivery via our Help Center.

Required evidence:

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect
  • Unboxing video is strongly recommended (showing intact waybill before opening)
  • Your Order ID

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • 100% Store Credit for the affected item(s), OR
  • Partial cash refund to your original payment method (processing time: 5–10 business days)

3. Out-of-Stock Items

Since all products are sourced fresh from Korean retailers, there may be rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed.

  • We will contact you via email if an item is out of stock in Korea.
  • You may choose a substitute product or receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
  • Remaining items in your order will still be shipped normally.

4. Change of Mind

Due to the nature of international cross-border commerce and hygiene regulations for cosmetics, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

5. Store Credit

Store Credit issued as compensation does not expire and can be applied to your next order at checkout. Store Credit cannot be withdrawn as cash.
