1. How We Ship
Kuya-K is a buying-agent service: we purchase each order directly from Korean retailers, consolidate it at our Seoul hub, and ship internationally to the Philippines via Korea Post (K-Packet or EMS).
2. Shipping Methods
- Standard — K-Packet: 7 to 14 business days. Tracking included, no signature required. Free when your subtotal qualifies.
- Express — EMS: 3 to 7 business days. Signed delivery with insurance. Recommended for valuable orders.
3. Order Lifecycle
Every order moves through these stages, all visible on your order detail page:
- Order placed — we've received your request
- Payment confirmed — queued for sourcing in Korea
- Sourcing in Korea — our team is purchasing your items
- Purchased — items heading to our Seoul hub
- Arrived at hub — grouped for your shipment
- QC & packed — inspected and re-packed for transit
- Korean customs cleared — export declared
- In international transit — on its way with a tracking number
- At Philippine customs — BOC clearance in Manila
- Out for delivery — PH courier has your parcel
- Delivered
4. Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and your choice of Standard or Express. The exact fee is locked when you place the order — it won't change even if FX or carrier prices move.
5. Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number the moment your parcel is handed to Korea Post. The same link is embedded in your order detail page and opens in English at 17track.net for a unified view of both Korean and Philippine legs.
6. Delays
Typhoons, nationwide mega-sale events (11.11, Payday), and customs backlogs occasionally extend the delivery window. When that happens we'll update your order status automatically.
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us via the support address in your order confirmation email.
